Auckland

hey guys, so a massive terrible accident have happened to my dog Zippy where she has sustained critical head injuries after being hit by a car. Wow she’s responsive and she can hear, her ability to coordinate and send messages from her brain to her legs to tell her to stand has deteriorated. The vet now tell us she can either be sent to a specialist care, which will cost $2000 a day, or she will have to be put down. My family really can’t afford the bill and half of our insurance coverage has already been spent on emergency services, which only gives us $3000 left. Let me know if you’ll be willing to help us get Zippy back through donations, small or big, anything will help!

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
