South Africa veterinary internship

From the youngest age I have dreamed of working in animal welfare, fighting for those who have no voice. Now, going in to my 3rd year of a veterinary degree, I am working hard to set myself up with the experience and skills necessary to move into the field, with the little time we have left to fill in the gaps around the study year.

Mid 2015 I have an oppprtunity to attend a veterinary training course in South Africa, working with treatment and movement of wildlife, agriculture, and (most importantly in my eyes) working with suffering stray street populations.

Through personal fundraising, this is almost a possibility! I have only $1500 more to raise.

On the 23rd November I will running a half marathon for sponsorship, hoping tpo raise enough to make this experience a reality.
