Hello Scott,
I was very surprised to hear you no longer qualify for bandages etc. I suggest you make contact with your local Member of Parliament's office.i once had success when a friend and I approached Gerry Brownlees office to advocate for her eligibility for a solo parent benefit. We dealt with his Office manager and my friend was granted the benefit. We physically went to his office. I can't remember whether we made an appointment or just showed up.
My son would say "if you don't ask, you don't get"
I think you need to advocate for yourself.
Thinking of you.
Warmest wishes,
Jane

Hi Jane, I hope you and your family are well.
Yes I was absolutely disgusted that this has happened to me. I have made a formal complaint and still waiting for a response.
It's very disheartening that a health practitioner is in a position to help but chooses not to. Karma will catch up to them.
Thank you for your advice I shall make contact with my local MP. That's sound advice and I will definitely go forward with that.
Love and light,
Kindest regards
Scott

Hello Scott, hope the cooler weather has helped with the HS. Did your doctor make any suggestions for maximizing your health? What do you do for exercise?
Scott
Hi Jane,
Thanks so much for checking in, the cooler weather has definitely helped a bit with the HS flares, which is a nice relief. My doctor has given me some general tips for managing overall health, but with the HS it's tricky because a lot of standard advice doesn't always fit. Exercise in particular has been tough, anything beyond very light activity tends to trigger more flare-ups and makes it really painful to move around afterward. So I mostly just get gentle movement by walking my dog, which feels manageable.I also have heart issues stemming from familial hypercholesterolemia, so we're keeping a close eye on that with meds and diet too. It's a lot to juggle sometimes! How about you? Hope all is well and you had a wonderful holiday.
Kind regards
Scott 🤍

Scott
Thank you so much 🙏🏻😊

Sounds like a plan! I was wondering how the biopsy went?
Scott
Aww thank you, the procedure itself was great the removal of stitches 2 weeks later was not so nice. Nurse was very rough removing them, The biopsy results came back as Benign which was such a relief. Very grateful it was non cancerous. 😃
