Hi Janette. Thanks for getting in touch. I’m new to this but from what I can find on the inland revenue site, I don’t think your donation is tax deductible. This is because SOS Send Our Socks is not a registered charity (it takes ages to set this up). I can’t find givealittle on the IRD site either under charities so I think it’s a no.
