Insurance premiums for churches have become much higher since the Canterbury earthquake. We need your help to pay ours.

Otago

The destruction of so many churches in the Canterbury earthquakes in 2011 led insurance companies to massively boost their premiums to church organisations. Like many congregations our insurance bill is threatening our financial viability. We hope our extended parish family, especially those who don't otherwise contribute, will help us with this one.

I'm involved as chairman of the parish finance committee, trying to seek new ways to fund our parish activities and especially maintain our beautiful church.
