Shazia's birthday fundraiser for the children of Gaza

Salaam and kia ora e te whānau.

For my birthday this year (6th April), falling during the holy month of Ramadan, I am choosing to celebrate by giving back. Instead of buying me gifts this year, I'd appreciate it if you could help me raise funds for the children of Gaza/Palestine.

As Gazan and Palestinian charities aren't easily available to donate directly to via fundraising platforms in Aotearoa, I will distribute whatever is donated through this birthday appeal to the Palestinian Children's Relief Fund (PCRF), working to support the children of Gaza.

We are witness to one of the most catastrophic events unfolding in the world right now, and I'd be really grateful if you could join me in supporting a good cause for those most in need.
