Thirteen passionate young footballers. One BIG goal.

Our St Heliers School Girls football team is heading to the AIMS Games. It's the biggest sporting event for 11–13 year olds in New Zealand and Australasia and we need YOUR support to get them there.

These girls have put in the mahi. Week after week they've shown up, worked hard, and grown into a real team, in skill and character. They've learned to back each other, communicate on the pitch, and push through the tough moments together. Watching them develop has been something special.

The AIMS Games brings together the best young athletes from across the country, and competing at that level is an experience that will stay with these girls long after the final whistle. It's about more than football, it's about representing their school with pride, building friendships, and discovering what they're capable of when they give everything they've got.

Use of funds

Any contribution goes directly towards tournament fees, travel, food and kit making sure every girl on this team gets to take the field and show what they're made of.

On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
