Single Mum in End Stage Renal Failure

28 Year old Kylie Poultney is a student and single mum to a lovely 6 year old boy. She has struggled with Chronic Kidney Disease since 2019 and is now in end stage renal failure, desperate for a transplant donor or her only other option is to start dialysis. After her transplant she will be recovering in Auckland for 6 weeks away from her son and the costs of childcare and all costs from her transplant are going to pile up. We do not have a target amount as anything and everything is appreciated and even the smallest amount will help change this mum and sons life!
