Skye’s Road to Recovery

Skye, our 11-month-old brand ambassador, has quickly become the heart of Doubtless Bay Pet Resort.

Recently, she suffered a serious injury and broke her humerus (upper front leg), which required urgent surgery. It was sudden and pretty scary. She’s been incredibly tough through it, but her recovery is going to take a long time, rest, and ongoing treatment to get her back to herself.

Everyone who’s met Skye knows how special she is always happy, always greeting people, and always right in the middle of everything. She’s normally full of energy, so it’s not easy seeing her like this.

The vet bills have come as a big, unexpected cost, so we’re asking for a bit of help. Any donation, big or small, will go directly towards covering Skye’s vet bills and ongoing care.
