Sonny Liakimatagi

My dearest nephew Sonny born with chronic lung disease. Rised by his loving grandmother Georgina and aunty Daisy Kiwara who gave him a happy and loving home throughout his life. Sonny was offered a lung transplant and took the opportunity to have it done however it wouldnt last very long. At 34 years old Sonny would end up in hospital all the time due to infections in his lungs now 35 years old Sonny's condition is deteriorating and his new lungs have gone into chronic rejection. Which is a life threatening situation I'm wanting to do this give a little page for Sonny, While Sonny is still able to he can do some of the things he's always wanted to do like looking at getting some studio time as he loves to write songs and also raps or to travel somewhere close in NZ and relax to enjoy a beautiful peaceful scenery something that would make him smile and his journey a happy fulfilled one and I know whatever it will be its something that he really wants to do. Sonny's mum is looking for a house to rent for them both she will be taking a year off to care for Sonny is currently in Middlemore hospital for medical treatment but will be allowed to return home once infection in his lungs are cleared. Here's hoping and praying that Our boy Sonny recovers and is able to return home fast. Sadly Our nephew Sonny Passed away on Sunday 21 August. He will be laid to rest in the Kutarere Cemetery in Opotiki on Thursday 25th August he will leave Auckland at 6pm.
