This week has taken us on emotional roller coaster filled with phone calls, messages, donations, love, heart exploding moments and happy tears. How is this even real life?
We will be forever thankful for Bridget for sharing our story, creating the givealittle page and making the journey towards our little pot of gold more of a reality than a dream.
We simply cannot thank everybody enough for their kind words, love and support. I’ve know that I’ve said this before but we are beyond blessed to surrounded by such beautiful people, we are so lucky and obsessively grateful. You are the ones that are making this possible.
So now our story is out there, in all its glory. I honestly underestimated how emotionally draining it would be. Feeling vulnerable and anxious, the struggles we have faced on our journey have affected us physically, emotionally and spiritually and are far from ‘normal’. It's scary having our story out there for everybody to read, especially in a small community. Nick and I have been asked countless times - how do you do it? For us there is only one answer...life happens for you, not to you and we choose LOVE over fear. Every. Single. Day.
We are excited for the next chapter and what lies ahead, we have found our beautiful soul with a helpful heart.. and now it’s time to navigate our way with hopeful thoughts and all of the courage we can muster. Let’s beat the leprechaun!✨💛🌈
