Spirit of Adventure Challenge
I am seeking to fundraise $2,500.00 which will allow me to attend the Spirit of Adventure 10 Day Youth Development Voyage.

My name is Britney O'Hara and in February 2019 I am hoping to take part in Spirit of Adventures 10 Day Youth Development Voyage.
I am currently studying for my NCEA Level 2 at Freyberg High School in Palmerston North. Outside of school, a massive passion of mine is Surf Lifesaving and most weekends over summer you will find me volunteering as a patrol guard at Himatangi Beach.
The Spirit of Adventure 10 Day Youth Development Voyage is proven to increase participants life skills particularly resilience, self-esteem and self-efficacy. Additionally I believe it will develop important skills and values to boost my career options.
Attending and completing the 10 day voyage would mean a huge amount to me and it will greatly benefit me.
Use of funds
The $2,500 will go towards the cost of attending the 10 day challenge. I am already confirmed on the Feb 2019 trip, so even if I only get partial funding, it will go towards my costs.
