SplashSave has been created to enable parents/caregivers/whanau to take the lead in teaching under 5’s vital swimming and water safety skills that could save their life.
We work alongside Water Safety New Zealand and Swimming New Zealand to deliver educational days and free resources to those communities most at risk of drowning.
Learn to swim is unfortunately out of reach for a lot of families and this will only lead to a higher drowning toll year on year. Your donation will go directly towards empowering a community to learn these basic lifesaving skills and help us lower the horrific effects drownings have in families every year.
By enabling the whanau to take the lead we can promote water safety throughout New Zealand and save lives.
Together we can all make a difference.
SplashSave is a social enterprise that works alongside Water Safety New Zealand and swimming New Zealand to deliver a whanau led water safety safety program.
We believe parents teaching their own Tamariki the basics of swimming and water safety will allow future generations to enjoy New Zealand’s playground safely and lower the horrific drowning toll in this country.
20% of all proceeds go directly to higher risk drowning groups including free education to enable communities to teach themselves swimming and water safety skills.
All funds raised will assist the charitable purpose towards reaching the goal of every New Zealander has the opportunity to learn to swim to survive.
