I'm finally heading into taper week with over 300 hours of training on the clock. Thanks for all of the donations!
The 10 week base phase is now over, with over 80 hours of slow zone 2 HR runs, swims and cycles. I am now moving onto the 10 week build phase, which includes more speed work and more time!
