Help Support Lola Ne’s Recovery. As medical expenses continue to rise, we are reaching out for support.

Papakura, Auckland

Lola Ne has always been the heart of our family. A loving mother of four and a grandmother of six. Even after being diagnosed with dementia in 2019, she never forgot how to smile at us, how to hold our hands with warmth.

On February 2nd, she suffered a stroke and was rushed to the ICU in the Philippines. Seeing her there, has been heartbreaking. As we navigate this difficult time, the medical bills continue to rise.

Any support, big or small, would mean the world to us. More than anything, we just want more time with our Lola Ne.

Lola Ne has always been there for me, her presence a constant in my life. She wasn’t just my grandmother; she was home. She had a way of making each of us feel special, creating memories that shaped our childhood in the best way.

Use of funds

Any contribution, big or small, will help cover her hospital bills.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
