💜 Standing with Ariana in her fight against Stage 4 cancer - supporting her health, recovery and Family 💜

Kia ora, my name is Ariana. I’m 38 (nearly 39), a proud wife to Zac and mum to our three beautiful children – Izabella (16), Aaliyah (15), and George (9).

In March 2024, my world changed when I was diagnosed with a rare appendix cancer following a ruptured appendix. Since then, I’ve had multiple surgeries, including a right hemi-colectomy, and endured four rounds of chemotherapy. In January 2025, we celebrated being given the all-clear – what felt like the biggest blessing.

But in June 2025, after ongoing pain, a CT scan revealed a large cyst in my pelvis. Surgery confirmed the devastating news that the cancer had returned and spread throughout my abdomen. The prognosis: Stage 4.

Thankfully, I have been approved for CRS + HIPEC surgery – a major, high-risk operation lasting up to 12 hours, often referred to as “the mother of all surgeries.” This will require weeks in hospital and months (up to a year) of recovery.

Because I’m self-employed, my ability to work has been hugely impacted, leaving our family relying on one income. Stress is the last thing my body needs, so this page has been set up to relieve some financial pressure, allowing me to focus on healing and ensuring my kids don’t miss out on the joy of their childhood because of cancer.
