Standing With Mum in Her Fight Against Stage 4 Cancer

Our World Changed Overnight

Last week our family received the news no one ever expects to hear.

Our mum Elise has been diagnosed with metastatic stage 4 melanoma, and the cancer has already spread throughout mums neck, back, lymph nodes, arm, femur and liver.

In a matter of moments, life changed completely for our family,

Mum is now facing the fight of her life, and we are doing everything we can to stand beside her and support her through what will be an incredibly difficult journey.

The Heart of Our Family

Our mum has always been the person who shows up for everyone else.

She’s the one who listens, helps, supports, and puts others before herself without ever asking for anything in return,

She truly is what defines a mother, aswell as being an amazing friend to so many people, and truly the heart of our family. Seeing someone so strong and so loved facing something like this is heartbreaking.

But if there is one thing we know about her, it’s that she is a fighter, Watching someone you love go through something like this is one of the hardest things a family can face. The support, kindness, and generosity of others can make an unimaginable difference during a time like this.
