Starfish bobby calf project aims to rescue calves destined for the bobby truck each year and showcase their unique personalities.
Starfish bobby calf project has the unique purpose of saving the lives of some of the bobby calves destined for slaughter each year. We realize we cannot save them all but for the ones we do it is beautiful. We regard each calf as just as important as many other people see cats and dogs - their is no difference for us. This year we would like to expand with the ultimate goal of buying our own land and rescuing more calves. We would be so grateful if you are able to help by pledging a little to help us achieve this goal. To this end Starfish has joined forces with Sacred Souls sanctuary so this is now a joint venture. Calves cost a lot of money to raise and keep. Luckily we have rehomed most of our calves to a wonderful vegan homestead (video available on this page of these calves). Last year we saved the lives of 30 calves who would otherwise have endured a brutal end to their life. Please help the seven this year. . We cannot rescue them without money in the bank. Thank you so much.
