Nationwide

StarJam is a not-for-profit organisation that creates empowering opportunities for young people with disabilities (known as ‘Jammers’) to learn and develop skill sets, gain confidence, experience respect and build friendships that, because of their disability, they may not have had the opportunity to do. Whether they sing, play an instrument or dance, they are able to showcase their amazing talents.

About us

StarJam, a not-for-profit where young New Zealanders with disabilities unleash their full potential through the magic of music, dance and performance.

Our nationwide workshops, gigs and events connect our young people with disabilities (Jammers) with their passions, peers and wider community.

Join us today and play your part in creating a New Zealand that celebrates the potential in everyone.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
