From Mike...
5 June 2015Hi everyone,
It’s been 9 days since my first chemo and so I’m feeling fairly good as I come to the “up” part of my cycle heading into the next cycle. My pain is well under control with a ton of morphine but unfortunately that comes with a bunch of very unpleasant side effects. I still have issues with fatigue, weakness, stomach problems and some nausea, but I’m getting through day by day.
My situation is now pretty much public knowledge as we have got to that point where it was time to tell everyone we hadn’t told yet and put it on Facebook. All the amazing messages of support really are helping and it’s been over whelming to know just how many people care. My beautiful wife continues to provide amazing support but also needs all you love and support.
We have another big game at home tomorrow for the boys. ECB J3 Black vs Nth Shore Blue, Windsor Park 3, 10:40am. All supporters appreciated.
Thanks you all so much again for the ongoing support.
Cheers, Steno
