Over the past month, I have walked 300 kilometers, not just as part of my training for an upcoming 150 km walk but also to inspire and encourage others to prioritize fitness. I’ve trained in different weather conditions—pushing through heat, rain, and cold—building endurance and resilience for the challenge ahead.
Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of meeting over 40 incredible individuals, spreading awareness about the importance of an active lifestyle, and engaging in meaningful conversations about health and well-being.
Beyond fitness, this journey is also about making a difference. I’ve been actively involved in fundraising efforts, meeting people who share the vision of creating a healthier and more supportive community. But the mission doesn’t stop here—I continue to encourage more people to contribute to this cause. Every step we take together brings us closer to impactful change.
