Stop a family with young baby being evicted

    After two years of litigation, the charity has finally corrected their land register, which will make it harder for them to continue in their fraudulent activity.

    I have offered to repay all their legal cost if they left me in peace

    but they have refused this, even though I am still paying rent and

    maintenance the land.

    I will keep pushing on but it has cost a lot. I have a 600 dollar

    High Court bond to pay next week.

    Landlord still persists in uncharitable action by attempting to shut down my give a little page by claiming that I am a trespasser despite the stay on proceedings.

    Have submitted High Court Appeal, costing $540 and many hours work on the computer! Many thanks to Nick for his $400 donation sent directly to me. Please request if you want email updates/court filings. Anyone know of a good lawyer who could help, please let me know.
