Stranded in the Philippines, help needed government red tape not helping

We are stranded abroad in the Philippines. I have had the NZ Embassy helping me but all I seem to be getting is government red tape. No one wants to contact you when you email them. I am in Northern Samar have gone thru two typhoons since December as well which took its toll on all money supply I had. I have an 18 month old son Kyle, he has been in and out of hospital with a bacterial infection. The doctors eventually found out the water was poisoning his system. As for myself, my health isn't good either I have had mental health issues as I tried to commit suicide on two occasions eventually the second time before it was too late I went for help to the local hospital. Everything going on, just got to me. I ended up in hospital in Catarman for a few days and was diagnosed with chronic depression. I have been under the local psychiatrist ever since. I have battled hard to deal with all the problems but I know coming home is my best option. On top of this my own elderly mother who has paid my way every fortnight from her pension. My step father has Parkinson's and things aren't good he is often admitted to Timaru Hospital with falls, and his long term prognosis not good. My mother is struggling and she needs help as well. When my step father falls, she can't pick him up. The stress on her is immense from my own problems and her husband. We have had constant problems with authorities here and in New Zealand, we tried to get Kyle a passport and the DIA three his passport photos away with the envelope so they admitted.

When we finally do get to come to New Zealand now we have to pay this new travel quarantine levy. The authorities treat you with total distain. It makes me feel I am not a Kiwi though I was born and bred in New Zealand. We are now waiting for a decision at present for my partner for a visa and my son's passport. You probably ask why am I caught for without a back up plan. No one ever expected covid even the politicians didn't want to listen at first and here still don't. I hope someone will reach in to there pockets and try to help in a small way.

I hope someone will help us as we really do need help I have no way out of this unless someone is kind enough to help us.
