Miyagi Kan Kickathon Fundraiser

$95 of $100 goal
Given by 7 generous donors in 8 weeks

Our boys' karate club in Whangarei is fundraising to keep the Dojo open!

Nationwide

In October Caelan and Aidan will join their Miyagi Kan Karate club members in a sponsored Kickathon. Each participant has to complete 1000 kicks on the day.

The club is raising funds to keep the Dojo open, to train the more advanced students to be able to teach, and to get more youngsters learning this exciting martial art.

Our boys really love attending their karate classes and it would be great for them to be able to meet and see their Sensei's Karate Master in action, if the club can pay for him to visit from abroad.

The suggested donation was one cent per kick (which would be $10 total per kicker!) but, if people can give even a dollar or two in total, we can still raise a fair amount I'm sure.

It's great to see kids enjoying an activity that keeps them fit and teaches them discipline and perseverance, as well as other life skills.

Thank you for your help.
