Support Awhina & Children After the Tragic Loss of Keelan McCann

It is with heavy hearts that we share the sudden and tragic passing of Keelan McCann, who recently lost his life in a car accident.

Keelan was a great friend, son and most importantly a devoted husband to Awhina and a loving dad to his two young daughters. He was someone who worked hard, looked after his family, and always had time for the people around him.

He leaves behind his wife Awhina, and their two young children, who are now facing life without their husband and dad far too soon. This is an unimaginable loss, and no family should have to carry the added burden of financial stress during a time like this. No support is being provided by ACC, but some family members may apply in the future.

We’ve set up this page to help support Awhina and the kids through the difficult times ahead. The funds raised will go towards:

• Supporting the children as they grow

• Helping with day-to-day living expenses

• Providing some financial stability while Awhina takes the time she needs to grieve

• Any immediate and ongoing costs the family may face
