In loving memory of Brooke Graham.
It is with a heavy heart that I share the news of Brooke Graham's peaceful passing on a Thursday afternoon. She was in her home, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, with Carrick, Mckenzie, Geoff, and Lee by her side. In her final moments, Brooke was surrounded by love.
We are currently making arrangements for Brooke's funeral, which will be held next week at St. Mary's Church in Parnell, a place that held a special meaning to her.
On behalf of the Graham and Read family, we wish to express our deepest gratitude to all of Brooke's dear friends who have shown unwavering love and support throughout these past few months. Your kindness has meant the world to her.
Brooke's absence leaves an immense void in our lives, and we hold her memory close to our hearts.
A little update, thank you for all your generosity, it has given her enormous peace of mind. Despite failing eyesight and strength, and a couple of moments where we didn’t think Brooke would make it, she rallied and got a chance to see Mckenzie riding along Tairua estuary (one of her bucket-list dreams).
