Help me represent NZ at the 2025 World Cup Series in North America as I continue my journey in swimming.
Dunedin, Otago
Kia ora, my name is Caitlin Deans — Aquablack #276 and New Zealand Olympian #1552. Born and raised in Dunedin, I first learnt to swim at Moana Pool, and 25 years later I’m still training there with the Swim Dunedin Performance Squad.
In 2024, I had the honour of representing New Zealand at the Paris Olympic Games, where our Women’s 4x200m Freestyle Relay team made history as the first NZ women’s relay team to reach an Olympic final, finishing 8th.
My next goal is the 2025 World Cup Series in North America this October, as part of my campaign towards LA 2028. Unfortunately, this trip is entirely self-funded, requiring me to cover all the campaign costs.
Every contribution — big or small — helps me chase this dream and proudly represent New Zealand on the world stage. I’m so grateful for any support, whether it’s a donation or simply sharing my story.
Thank you for supporting me on my journey to the World Cup!
All funds raised will go directly toward covering the costs of competing at the 2025 World Cup Series in North America, including return flights, accommodation, meals, transfers, and competition expenses.
