Help me represent New Zealand at the 2026 World Youth Climbing Championships in Italy.
New Plymouth, Taranaki
Hi, my name is Conrad Bolger, and I’m a competitive rock climber from New Plymouth, Taranaki.
I’m incredibly proud to share that I have been selected to represent New Zealand at the IFSC World Youth Climbing Championships in Arco, Italy, this July 2026.
This is a massive opportunity for me — not just as an athlete, but as a young person from Taranaki chasing a dream I’ve worked hard for over many years.
Climbing has become a huge part of my life. It has taught me discipline, resilience, and how to keep pushing through setbacks. Every training session, every competition, and every challenge has led to this moment.
However, competing internationally comes with significant costs. Travel to Europe, accommodation, competition entry fees, team expenses, food, and other trip costs add up quickly, and as a young athlete, it’s a big financial challenge for me and my family.
That’s why I’m asking for your support.
Any donation — big or small — would genuinely mean so much and will go directly toward helping me get to Arco, Italy to proudly wear the New Zealand fern on the world stage.
If you’re unable to donate, even sharing this page would make a huge difference.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my story and for supporting my journey. I’m incredibly grateful for every bit of help, and I’ll be giving absolutely everything I have when I compete for New Zealand.
Thank you for helping me chase this dream.
