Support Elna Pavier with her cancer journey

We come to you with a plea from the depths of our hearts. Our beloved sister-in-law, Elna (Petronella) Pavier, is bravely battling stage 3c colorectal cancer and Lynch syndrome. She has endured so much, and now she needs our help more than ever.

Elna, my brother Willa, and their only son moved to New Zealand in 2019, seeking a new beginning. Elna had experienced lots of hardship trying to have a child in the past she had four miscarriages, one stillbirth and 1 boy Ewan who lived only 9 days. Despite these devastating losses, Elna’s spirit remains unbroken.

Now, Elna faces her greatest challenge yet. She has a 98% chance of recovery with immunotherapy , a beacon of hope in her fight against this aggressive cancer. However, the cost of this life-saving treatment is beyond our means. Each session costs $11,000, and she requires six sessions to overcome this disease. Time is of the essence, as she needs to begin treatment in just three weeks.

We urgently need to raise $66,000 to cover the cost of Elna's treatment. Every contribution, no matter how small, will bring us closer to our goal and give Elna the chance to watch her son grow up, to create memories with her family, and to live the life she so richly deserves.
