Support Fletcher's Journey to the London Science Forum
Paraparaumu, Wellington
Hello all,
I'm Fletcher, a 17-year-old from New Zealand, thrilled to have the chance to attend the London International Youth Science Forum (LIYSF). This global gathering is a melting pot of young minds, renowned scientists, and groundbreaking research.
LIYSF promises an immersive experience where I'll engage in dynamic scientific discussions, attend lectures by leading experts, and collaborate on hands-on experiments. It's a platform to expand my knowledge, ignite my passion for science, and forge connections with like-minded individuals from around the world.
The LIYSF is a two-week scientific forum consisting of 500 students from over 70 nations, I have been lucky enough to have been selected for this prestigious opportunity which will allow me to attend lectures by Nobel prize winners, learn in world-renowned scientific laboratories, and undergo classes in prestigious universities such as Oxford and Cambridge.
To make this adventure possible, I need your support for travel, accommodation, and program fees. Your contribution will not only help me explore the realms of science but also bring back valuable insights to share with my local community.
Join me in shaping the future of science! Your support, big or small, fuels my journey and contributes to fostering international collaboration.
Please find the link to the LIYSF below if you would like to find out more information.
Thank you so much,
Fletcher
Kylee is my mother and will be receiving the funds on my behalf
The money will be spent on payment for the Forum itself as well as flights to and from London for me to be able to attend the Forum.
