    To everyone who has prayed for and/or donated to Desire's page, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your generosity. We have all been seriously overwhelmed with your care, love and support. It is amazing what we can do as a community to help the ones we love when they most need us. This money is going to ensure Desire' can rest and recover and not be forced back to work early to support her babies and it would not be possible without all of you. We will be shutting down the page today at 1pm and no doubt you will be able to follow her recovery journey on facebook as we all know Des loves to share her life with you all :)

      About me! Everyone knows me as Des. I love Netball, hate asking for help. But have been pretty unwell as of late and my two best friends created this page to help me out while I recover from Bell's Palsey. I started a new job in Wellington full time 7 weeks ago. Absolutely love the new job. Had to go back full time financially for my family after working part time for a year and a half to enjoy my new wee baby. Unfortunately a growing family costs! Lol. Im completely humbled by this page, and what I have read so far. I will in time reply to each and everyone of you, that have me in your thoughts! Im truly blessed to have special people in my life! And believe me I am so appreciative of your kindness, your messages and your continued support. Life can take unexpected turns,that you are never prepared for, but you have all touched me and are definitely apart of my road to recovery! Im determined and open to ways that will help me recover, so i can be back out there helping each of you in some way shape or form. Because well that's how I roll..Im happy when everyone around me is happy.

      Once again - Thank you. Your kindness generosity has not gone unnoticed! And in time I will thank you personally. When my right eye cooperates with focusing! Goes without saying im truly blessed. And Thank you xxxxxxxxx
