This page is to help Era and his whanau with some of the financial costs involved with his recovery

Bay of Plenty

Our beautiful boy Erawhiti has been in ICU since Sunday evening. Every day he is getting a little bit stronger but he still has a long journey ahead of him.

His whanau have remained by his side every step of the way and will continue to do so until he is strong enough to come home.

All koha no matter how big or small is greatly appreciated and will allow Era's whanau to focus their energy on helping him get better rather than worry about financial costs associated with his recovery.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
