Hawke's Bay
As some of you may have heard our beloved josh was life flighted to wellington hospital on the 25th of August after a pedestrian vs car accident outside whakatu where he is still currently in ICU due to the extent of his injuries.
Josh is from hawkes bay where all his family are local too. The most important person in his life being his 7 year old daughter and not to mention the love he has for his parents, 3 sisters, niece and nephews and all others that he considers family.
Josh has a very long and slow road ahead of him and due to his current extensive medical needs he is needing to be under the care of specialized treatment in wellington ICU.
This page has been started to support the travel and accommodations costs associated with being able to have family at his bedside at all times until further notice as well as supporting his daughter and family where necessary.
As we get updates on his progress we will continue to update everyone.

Again thank you everyone for your support, it has now been 6 weeks since our family was shook by this horrific accident and we cannot thank you enough for the love and support shown in that time.
Josh continues to do what he needs to, showing signs everyday of determination and progress, little hints of his bubbly and loving personality coming back through ❤️
It has been amazing having him closer to home so we can be there for him on the daily. We still have a long road, a few more surgeries in the books and lots of rehab, but as a family we now have some brief ideas of what the next 3 months and beyond will hold for Josh and just keep telling him to take it day by day.
