Life for the Borchert family has changed as they once knew it. Only 6 months ago Jo and Kurt brought a special wee girl into this world, Laura. Dreaming of new beginnings and fond memories, now all these plans have turned completely on their head, as Kurt passed away unexpectedly on 11 December.
Kurt was the main income earner for the family, and we are hoping to lessen some of their financial pain through this fundraiser to support Jo and Laura as they get through Laura's first Christmas without her dad.
Let's do what we can to support Jo financially as she navigates life without Kurt.
We will remember Kurt as being full of energy and lots of fun to be around. He will be sorely missed by many.
