Support for Laura's children following the sudden loss of their mum

Laura was a wonderful mum and a special woman who was loved by many and will be deeply missed.

Laura passed away suddenly on the 16th of December, leaving behind her two young children.

This Givealittle has been set up by close friends of the family to support Laura’s children and their dad, Karl, as they navigate the immediate and ongoing needs following this loss.

The funds raised will be used directly to support Karl and the children during this period of bereavement and transition. Specifically, funds may be used for:

• Essential clothing, footwear, and school uniforms for the children

• School-related costs including fees, stationery, devices, and extracurricular activities (such as dance lessons)

• Day-to-day living costs for the household while Karl adjusts to being the sole caregiver

• Travel costs for the children to visit extended family and maintain important family connections during this time

• Counselling or wellbeing support for the children if required

• Basic family activities that support emotional stability and togetherness (for example, meals, outings, or small trips that help the children feel supported and secure)

All funds will be used solely for the care, stability, and wellbeing of the children and their household.
