The Lockey family is currently facing hardship as Julie has been recently been diagnosed with liver failure and a heart and lung disease know as PAH (pulmonary arterial hypertension). Russell & Julie are currently stuck in Auckland away from their home and jobs in the Waikato, meaning they are away from their support network and are unable to make any money.
