Support for our beautiful friend Kylie

I am starting this page for my dear friend, Kylie. She is one of the kindest, most resilient people I know, but right now, she is navigating a season of life that no one should have to face alone.

This past year has brought a series of devastating challenges that have left Kylie's life completely transformed. Last year Kylie and her husband Doop's newly purchased dream home, was severely damaged by the heavy flooding. Dealing with the stress of a flooded property and the complexities of repairs would be difficult for anyone, but the hardest blow was yet to come.

​Tragically, Kylie has recently lost her beautiful husband Doop. To lose a soulmate suddenly is a heartbreak beyond words, and the grief of this loss is compounded by the financial and logistical realities of the situation they were left in.

With the house still requiring significant attention and the weight of a mortgage to manage on her own, the pressure is immense. To add to this, Kylie is also navigating a major life transition as her children prepare to head off to different corners of the world to pursue their careers. While this is an exciting time for them, it means Kylie will soon be facing this journey without the daily physical support of her family nearby.
