Support for Theresa (Tee) Henson and her whanau

Turangi, Waikato

My beautiful friend Theresa Henson — or Tee, as many of us know her — has recently undergone surgery for bowel cancer. Tee and her lovely whānau are originally from New Zealand but now call Perth, Australia home.

Right now, Tee is unable to work as she focuses on healing, and her partner JJ is also facing huge challenges, having recently lost an eye and learning to live with this new disability.

They are both incredibly strong, but this season has been deeply tough. Any support you can offer — big or small — would mean the world to them and all of us who love them. Together, we can surround this beautiful family with the aroha, strength, and awhi they need to get through.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. 💛
