Support grandmother and granddaughter on big move to England

My name is Rose, I am 28 years old and I am needing a bit of help. The time has come for my grandmother to return home to England to be closer to her sister after being in NZ for many years. As her primary caregiver, closest family member, best friend & confidant she needs me to go with her. We have lived together for the past 2 years, I moved in with her after she suffered a heart attack to be there to support her and I would hate for us to be separated. However the day for the big move is approaching fast and I do not have enough funds to support us for this big move. I have been saving like crazy but with the cost of living crisis this has been extremely hard, this is where you come in, I would be extremely grateful for any help you can give as me being able to go with her on this journey would mean the world to both of us.
