Support in getting Declan back home

On behalf of Tommy, Rena, Sam, Mia and Declan’s extended family & friends, a huge thanks to everyone who donated to help getting Declan home.

It’s been an incredibly tough few months, but the kind words and generosity from so many who’s lives he touched has been really heartwarming for us.

In total we transferred $96,724.61NZD to the wonderful Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust made up of the $94,388 Give a Little fundraising page plus the ACC New Zealand funeral grant of $6,569.53 less Give A Little fees of -$4,402.14. We know the trust will be able to use this money to help other families who find themselves in this awful situation.

We know others have made donations directly to The Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust and our thanks also to those who helped with flight costs etc.

While our lives will never be the same without our beloved Declan, our sincere gratitude to everyone for their kind thoughts, friendship and continued ongoing support we have received as we continue to come to terms with our loss.

Declan will forever be in our hearts and we cherish our wonderful memories of him.
