Support Jaden to Compete at the 2024 Badminton World Junior Championships!

Hi, my name is Jaden Mingoa, currently 17 years old and living in Auckland, New Zealand. I have recently been selected to represent New Zealand at the 2024 Badminton World Junior Championships to be held in Nanchang, China from 27 September to 13 October 2024.

I started playing badminton at the age of 6. Over the years, I dedicated myself to enhancing my skills through hard work and practice. I am grateful for the unwavering support of my family, friends, association, coaches, fellow players, and all who have encouraged me along the way.

Last year, I had the honor of being chosen to represent New Zealand at the World Championships. It was an incredible experience, and I am deeply grateful to everyone at Badminton New Zealand, North Harbour, my family, friends, fellow players and the entire badminton community for their support. As this year marks my final year as a junior, I am once again seeking your assistance to compete at this level. Your continued support means the world to me.

In New Zealand, badminton is a self-funded sport, so we, as players are forced to pay a lot of the expenses, including gear, coaching, travel costs, accommodation, and also tournament entry fees.

Your support in achieving my goals and reaching the international stage would mean everything to me.

Any contribution big or small will be a huge help for me to wear the Silver Fern and represent New Zealand at this important event
