Support Lloyd Canham's whānau to care for him at home at the end of his life as is Lloyd's wish
Nationwide
Lloyd Canham has been on a long journey with cancer which started in his prostate 4.5 years ago. He is now very ill and is in lockdown with his family at home, as is his wish. As they are all carers they are unable to work and are needing help with expenses including medicine, specialist care and equipment. It is a vulnerable time and his well being is their greatest priority. It is their utmost wish to make the end of his life as comfortable and peaceful as possible, supported by family, friends and his incredible community. They are doing a beautiful job of caring for him and your help with costs would give them great relief.
Lloyd and Roz (Lloyd's wife) are close friends on our motu, Waiheke Island

Update on Lloyd Canham 8 September 2021
We would like to thank you all for your incredible generosity to our family during this time.
We would like to let you all know that Lloyd sadly passed away peacefully at home on Sunday 5th of September surrounded by his adoring family.
We are immensely grateful for all the kind words we have received over the last week, we feel everyones arms around us during this time of uncertainty in level 4.
Lloyd will be cremated this week, his ashes will be returned to the family and we will send out further details of when we can gather to celebrate his life.
With love,
The Sainsbury-Canham Whānau
