Help support Lucia Kowhai, 35, in her brain tumour journey

We're asking for support for one of the most incredible people we know, Lucia Kowhai, who at 35 years old has been given the ultimate life test after being diagnosed with a grade 3, cancerous brain tumor, the size of a kiwifruit.
In May 2025, after suffering a seizure out of the blue, she went for her first ever visit to hospital where Drs discovered the tumor. Within 2 weeks, she underwent a 7 hour brain surgery. Unfortunately, Drs were unable to remove all of the tumor and with a small amount intertwined in delicate brain tissue, there is a deep healing journey ahead.
Lucia is a truly bright light, one of those people that gives her heart wherever she goes. She has a deep respect for our earth and has dedicated her life to healing landscapes through restoring ecosystem function - she walks gently with kindness, care & respect, inspiring many to care for the earth as we would ourselves.
Now it's our time to give back to her.
After such a shock, Lucia has shown us the depth of her faith & positivity, trusting in our ability to heal ourselves when we create the right conditions. And she is doing everything she possibly can to support her healing.
Money raised will be used to continue her treatments which include hyperbaric oxygen, infrared light, IVC, mistletoe & psychosomatic therapies, specialist consults, tests, herbs & supplements.
Every cent is so deeply appreciated, any small amount you can give will go a long long way, thank you from the bottom of our hearts

Money raised here will be used towards buying a hyperbaric oxegeon chamber, metabolic therapy, high dose vit C infusions, red light therapy and psychosomatic therapy, all of which look to be some of the most beneficial things she can do to heal.

Recent MRI results 10 March 2026
Kia ora global family.
Thank you all so much for your support. We feel so honored to be so well supported in this journey. Your support has helped to strengthen our resolve that yes, we are on the correct path and recently we have had some test results to confirm this. My recent MRI (6months since surgery) showed a reduction in the size of the tumor as compared to the previous scan.
As you can all imagine, this is amazing news. As much as we trusted and expected this to be the result, receiving this news helps to give us so much more confidence and assurance that yes, we have chosen the right path. Taking responsibility for my own healing is the way.
My beautiful mind, body, spirit and brain are working together. Supported on so many levels by a truly global support network, we are learning from, and returning these tumor cells to normal healthy functioning part of my bodies community.
