Support our Westlake Girls Premier Basketball Team to get to the School World Championships in Serbia

After winning the NZ Secondary Schools Basketball Championships for the fourth consecutive time in October 2025, Westlake Girls have been invited to the World Championships in Zlatibor, Serbia this June. This is a bi-annual, invitation only event which we attended for the first time in Macau, China in 2024 coming away with a bronze medal and an incredible experience for our players. We want to do it all again - chase excellence on the world stage and continue building a championship legacy at our school. Never could we have dreamed that this opportunity to go to the International Schools World Champs would be presented to us for a second time. The fundraising goal is steep, and the timeframe is tight, but the team is determined to work hard on and off the court to make this dream a reality and represent Westlake Girls and New Zealand with pride In June 2026.
