Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much”
Waiuku, Auckland
My name is Kulwant and I’m reaching out on behalf of my wife. Rasleen is a loving wife, mother of our 4-year old girl, sister, daughter, friend, colleague, and so much more. She is known for her kindness. My dear wife has begun one of the toughest journeys of her life— fighting breast cancer. She was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer last month that requires swift, thoughtful decisions about treatment. Anyone who knows Rasleen knows she’s strong, steady, and always the one others turn to for guidance and support.
She’s learning everything she can about her diagnosis and pursuing a treatment path that aligns with her body, her beliefs, and her long-term well-being.
While we are exploring all medically-appropriate options, both traditional and integrative, we’ve found that many of the therapies and supportive resources that may offer the greatest benefit are not funded. In addition, we’re navigating unexpected costs, as well as ongoing day-to-day needs. As anyone who’s faced this diagnosis knows, the emotional, physical, and financial toll is overwhelming.
Rasleen is the heart of our family. She’s resilient, thoughtful, and deeply committed to staying well not just for herself, but for all of us who love her.
We’re asking for help in any form—whether it’s a donation, sharing her story with your friends and loved ones, or simply holding her in your prayers and thoughts.
Thank you for standing with her, and with us, on this journey.
With love and gratitude,
Kulwant
