Raza, 19, is fighting a brain tumor. Help us raise the final $7,000 for his life-saving treatment.
Auckland
Mohammed Raza Ahmed, a 19-year-old male from Nadi, Fiji, has been diagnosed with a brain tumor, known as a Right Temporal Tumor. This type of tumor affects the part of the brain that controls memory and hearing, and it has already begun to impact Raza’s daily life.
Raza is currently admitted at Lautoka Aspen Hospital, where an overseas neurosurgeon confirmed his diagnosis. His condition is worsening every day, and urgent treatment is needed.
The cost of his treatment, along with travel and accommodation for Raza and his father (who will be his medical attendant), is estimated at $40,000 FJD. Thanks to generous support, we have already secured airline tickets for Raza and his father for October 4th. However, we are still short of $7,000 FJD to cover the remaining expenses while in India. For living costs, transport etc.
Every day counts. Raza is a bright young man with his whole future ahead of him, but he cannot fight this battle alone. With your kindness and generosity, you can give Raza the chance to receive life-saving treatment and a second chance at life.
Please donate what you can, and share Raza’s story with others. Together, we can make hope possible.
