With upcoming surgery & the need to be on dialysis Simon won't be able to work for a while, wanting to take some financial pressure off.

Simon's health has been deteriorating over the past year and they have just found out he needs surgery then following that a good chunk of the day he'll need to be hooked up on home dialysis. This means he will be off work for at least 3 months recovering from the surgery and waiting for his body to get used to and respond to the dialysis.
This will be permanent until a suitable kidney donor is found, there are hundreds of other people awaiting kidney transplants which is around a 4yr wait.
Wanting to raise some money for them to take the financial pressure off especially as this will fall over Christmas plus 2x of their 3x children also have birthdays over this time.

Happy New Year to everyone, I hope you all had a great festive season :-)
This page will close in a few days and I wanted to say thanks again to all those that have donated to Simon and family. We spent a few days with them and they are truly appreciative to everyone and have expressed how this has really helped.
Simon's operation to insert the catheter for dialysis is later this month and I want to wish him, Lis and family all the very best for the coming weeks/months/year, always in my thoughts guys xo
