Support Simone along her breast cancer journey

Simone is a young wāhine toa. She’s an incredible person, friend, dancer, football and boxing coach and leader. Simone’s passion is nurturing and supporting others to be awesome humans and optimise their talents. She has a wonderful husband, Ben, and together they do amazing things at the Olé Football Academy in Porirua.

Simone has just learnt that she has breast cancer. Her prognosis is optimistic but there’s going to be a challenging 6 months of treatment ahead. Simone is processing and approaching it with incredible courage, perspective and determination. But this news has been a horrible shock. Simone’s friends and dance community wanted to do something that could tangibly show Simone and Ben that they have a community behind them, and to support any financial burden they may have or encounter through and after Sim’s treatment.
