Trying times
5 September 2025It is with a very great sadness, that Stacey Douglas Paul Edmonds has been given his wings to embrace our Lord almighty in his Kingdom. Moe mai ra e hoa it will be hard for us to no longer have our beloved Koro, Father, Brother, Brother in Law, Friend, Confidant. The years have been met with love, light and laughter, cherished memories. Sunrise Oct 4th 1968 - Sunset September 5th 2025. May God takes you into his loving embrace. Our next hikoi (journey) will take us towards Whangarei together as a whanau and there from there we will be taking him to Ngā Whā where he will be laid to rest on Tuesday. The whanau would like to take the time to thank everyone that has given there support and sent their well wishes it meant so much for the grieving whanau at this sad time. For those who wish to koha this will go towards the trip up to Ngā Whā, to the funeral expenses and the hikoi home. Once again the whanau would like to take time to acknowledge the Staff at Waitakere Hospital for caring for Stacey and to Waitakere Marae for billeting the whanau from near and far
