    We recently threw Dad a party to celebrate his 65th birthday early. We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the Waitomo Club and had a great afternoon with family and friends. Thank you all who came to share this with us ❤

    Dad continues to soldier on though his health slides. He is currently in Hospice care trying to manage his pain to get through each day.

    Dad spent a much anticipated and enjoyable early Christmas with his grandchildren.

    He also had a visit from his childhood friend Graeme who traveled from Australia to spend much loved days together with Dad.

  • Dad is a Soldier!

    I want to thank everyone who has and continue to make donations to mum and dad during their difficult journey. Words can't describe how much your love and generosity is appreciated.

    Thank you not only for the donations, but for all of those who call and check he is doing OK.

    We have reached the point where the doctors may stop the chemo treatments due to his ineffective outcomes. Despite this Dad is still in great spirits and enjoying time with his family, grandchildren and friends. With some trips and outings planned in the near future.
